After surgery, with a serious illness or when you're largely housebound: sometimes getting to the practice just isn't possible. Then we come to your home by arrangement, currently mainly to patients already registered with us.

How to arrange a home visit
Call us on +43 1 361 4040. Together we'll decide whether a home visit is necessary or whether your concern can also be handled at the practice or via telemedicine. Medically necessary home visits are billed to your health insurance.
A lot can be done online
Via 37.clinic, you can request repeat prescriptions, upload medical reports, manage your sick leave and message our team. That way you stay in touch with us, even when you can't come in.

We offer home visits for LEO patients if a visit to the surgery is not possible for medical reasons. Write to us via 37.clinic, call us or come by in person. If you cannot come yourself, a person you trust can do this for you, such as a relative or friend, provided they have a power of attorney.
